The California based company have already issued a lease an office close to Oxford Street but company chose not to exercise an option to lease a third, smaller property there, developer Great Portland Estates said in January.

According to the developer’s website there’s about 800,000 square feet of vacant office spaces inn Kings Cross across several buildings.
